Hinemoana

Port - Mangonui Harbour

Bay of Islands, Northland

Hinemoana - Mangonui HarbourThis magnificent 2002 Bavaria 44 offers one of the best values in skippered liveaboard cruising in New Zealand. Skipper Tony Norman and his wife Anette are based 60km north of Kerikeri in the north of the North Island. The area offers outstanding cruising opportunities, but being 50 miles north of the Bay of Islands, it's bays and anchorages are much less crowded than those further South.
The big Bavaria has 3 private double cabins (one with ensuite), a spacious, airy bathroom, and an enormous saloon with a galley that any home would be proud of. The cockpit, with a shady bimini and good dodger, is a great spot for a sundowner, and the boat is easy and comfortable to sail.

"We couldn’t possibly say enough good things about Tony Norman, his hospitality and our experience. Wouldn’t even know where to start."
